Time Wise Solutions® provides organizations with a complete performance-based workforce education, training and implementation suite that utilizes a "Learning by Doing" process and provides for the rapid infusion of best practices into any enterprise. Based on thousands of training and implementation engagements across more than 40 different industry sectors each product is an integral component of how we work with our customers to develop a Lean Culture. We believe that a Lean Culture is only obtained when an organization is committed to workforce development through the provision of educational and training content followed by a robust enterprise-wide program of systematic continuous improvement. However, without sustainability measures maintaining continuous improvement is elusive and requires sustainment technologies in the form of web-based and client-based business applications that provide 24/7 visibility, metrics measurement and management and accountability to increase each engagement’s return-on-process improvement.

In today’s environment professional development and recognition of a committed and knowledge-driven workforce is imperative. The Time Wise Lean Culture methodology emphasizes workforce Lean Certification and recognition. To that end, each engagement stresses a “pathway” for employees to gain and then demonstrate their Lean competence.

Every product from workforce development assessments and distance learning content through continuous improvement tools used to create a value stream map or Kaizen improvement campaign are flexible, are offered in customer-specific tailored formats and are deployed in a train-the-trainer methodology.

The core of the Time Wise Solutions® suite is the accelerated one day simulation workshop. Each is designed to empower participants with an understanding of Lean concepts through a series of interactive presentations and team-based simulation activities. Lean concepts are applied during each round of the simulation that models a realistic operation. The Time Wise Suite of Lean Products qualifies for inclusion in the 80 hours of Training, Education and Development towards the Society of Manufacturing Engineers' (SME) Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels of Lean Certification. Trainees with minimal prior Lean work experience that successfully complete Time Wise Training has the option of applying to the Society of Manufacturing Engineers for certification at the Bronze Level. Lean Practitioners with a dossier establishing prior Lean work experience are eligible to take the Silver or Gold exams upon submitting an application to SME.

Time Wise® Kaizen Director™

Kaizen Director™ is a Windows® based software application for implementing Lean improvements. Kaizen Director™ structures and organizes the Kaizen implementation process for by integrating Lean methodology, just in time knowledge resources, data collection forms, and robust reporting around a Kaizen project storyboard. This approach makes it easy for everyone in the organization to contribute to Lean process improvement. LE201: Time Wise® Value Stream Mapping Event
LE201 is a Lean implementation event that involves creating a Value Stream Map (VSM) delineating the critical material and information flows within your value creating process.

The ultimate purpose of VSM is to identify high impact improvement opportunities that will drive breakthrough business performance. Material pathways include the movement of incoming raw materials through manufacturing operations to the shipping of finished goods. LE202: Time Wise® Kaizen Rapid Improvement Event
LE202 is a Lean implementation event that involves a series of activities which follow a structured ten-step process enabling a team to achieve rapid, action-oriented improvements identified during the Value Stream Mapping Event (LE201).

Specifically, the Kaizen event addresses individual problem areas identified by Process Mapping, using industry standard Plan-Do-Check-Act problem-solving model.
