Overview
The SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-e) portal is an integrated approach to contracting for support services in the areas of Engineering, Financial and Program Management. Using SeaPort-e, the Naval Virtual Syscom (VS) commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have adopted an integrated approach to contract for support services.
