Time Wise has worked collaboratively with senior management teams of several large Aerospace OEMs to create multi-year supply chain improvement programs which align the objectives and performance of the network. Since 2002 Time Wise has worked with almost 400 companies that provide critical products and services to Prime Contractors and the Department of Defense.
Precision Manufacturing
Time Wise has worked with hundreds of small, medium and large precision manufacturers to train, implement and provide Lean sustainment services to reduce costs, improve turnaround times, increase quality yields and create new capacity to support new product introductions, new business and the achievement of “preferred vendor” status.
Pharmaceutical Industry

Shipbuilding
Time Wise developed a successful suite of niche products used to accelerate the adoption and deployment of Lean in shipbuilding and ship repair facilities.
