Workforce Recognition Certification Program
Lean Pilot
The Lean Pilot is the highest level of certification offered by the Time Wise® Center for Lean Excellence. Lean Pilot is for those participants and organizations that have a commitment to developing a Lean Culture and Transformation Journey. The prerequisite for Lean Pilot certification is the completion of the Lean Conductor program. The sponsoring organization provides senior facilitator mentoring of at least one (1) Lean project where the participant facilitates a value stream map and Kaizen rapid improvement event.
In addition, the participant will accomplish a completed project analysis with recommendations for seeking higher levels of return on process improvement via use of The Time Wise Sustainment Manager®. The Time Wise Sustainment Manager® is a Web-based enterprise-wide application system that provides real time data for both operational and financial metrics. For the Lean implementer, this system will help guide each Lean event to a standardized successful conclusion as well as provide benchmark data.
