Workforce Recognition Certification Program
Lean Conductor
The Lean Conductor is the second level of certification. Participants learn how Lean projects are designed and deployed using the full portfolio of Lean tools and methodologies. The prerequisites for Lean Conductor are achievement of a Lean Steward certification and a sponsoring organization’s identification of a specific Lean opportunity that will be used in Lean Conductor training.
The curriculum requirements for the five-day Lean Conductor certification include participation in a one-day Time Wise® Principles of Lean Supply Chain simulation; a one-day Time Wise Team Problem Solving Workshop; and three days of Time Wise Value Stream Management and Kaizen facilitator interactive workshop training. This course includes introduction and instruction on the Time Wise Sustainment Manager® supported Kaizen rapid improvement event. The highlights of the Time Wise Sustainment Manager® include a full spectrum of event-specific forms complete with a comprehensive Facilitator guide.
Lean Conductor can be scheduled at an organization’s facility or be attended at a scheduled Time Wise Institute® Lean Conductor certification week. After successful completion of the Lean Conductor program, a participant will be able to:
