Time Wise Sustainment Manager® is a web-based solution that 1) simplifies the Lean Kaizen methodology making it easier for everyone in an organization to participate in Lean process improvement; and 2) provides rapid feedback to Lean teams for a period after a Kaizen event on the sustainability of Kaizen results.

During a Kaizen Event
Sustainment Manager® structures and organizes the Kaizen implementation process by integrating Lean methodology, just-in-time knowledge resources, and data collection forms around a Kaizen project storyboard. The Kaizen storyboard structures the Kaizen process in a way that helps Lean teams drive Kaizen milestones step-by-step. Sustainment Manager®:

After a Kaizen Event
Sustainment Manager® automates the scheduling, collection and analysis of all Kaizen measure data points for a specified monitoring period after the completion of a Kaizen event. Incoming data from the Kaizen team during the monitoring period is analyzed and compared to the measure baselines established after the Kaizen event. Data points that are too far from these baselines trigger alerts to the Lean team so that corrective actions can be initiated. Incoming data is displayed in graphs and charts for easy interpretation.
